Alyssa Gorgo, grade 8, is a student in the Medical Detectives Design Lab. She said that she loves hands-on projects, and that's why she likes medical detectives because Medical detectives have lots of dissections, and labs.
Alyssa is looking forward to learning about new diseases and new illnesses. Alyssa said she really enjoys doing the labs and the interaction that she does in this class. One of her favorite labs that she has done was dissecting a frog.
Gain Cooley, 7th grader, says he did not like the dissection lab because "It was weird to be cutting open a frog. And the smell was really bad."
